All returned/exchange items MUST meet the following requirements before being honored an exchange or credit.

*All merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. No items will be accepted to return or exchanged if the items appear to be damaged, worn, or without tags. La Batiste also reserve the right to refuse return or exchanged items that have clear detection of any signs of wear, including smell of fragrances or smoke. All return items MUST have all tags.

*Customer is responsible for shipping fees for return or exchanged items, which are NON-REFUNDABLE.
